We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2019, at the age of 82, Dorothy Reinke (Elkton, Michigan), born in Bad Axe, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Sams and Martha Sams (Bredow); her son Samuel; her grandchildren, Adam Reinke and Michelle Reinke; her great grandchildren, Zachery Reinke and Carly Reinke; her brothers, Donald and Edwin Sams (Shirley); her son-in-law Daniel Bruce; and her brothers-in-law, Norman Kinney and William Hoops.

She is survived by: her husband William Reinke; her children, David Reinke (Diane) of Port Hope, Lawrence Reinke (Debbie) of Comstock Park, Perry Reinke of Port Hope, Deborah Reinke of Elkton, Sally Bruce of Pigeon, Christine Reinke of Grand Rapids and Candace Strozeski (Dan) of Port Hope; her grandchildren, Jeremy Reinke (Jessica), Melody Burton (Dan), Sue Boone (Bill), Ryan Reinke (Michelle), Eric Reinke, Samantha Dubs (Kevin), Emily Strozeski, Jennifer Emerick (Bill) and Joseph Strozeski (Marie); her great grandchildren, Dylan, McKenzie, Gabrielle, Claire, Kaiden, Tara, Tyler, Emmett and Harrison; and her siblings, Marjorie Hoops of Ohio, Marilyn Radlik (Bernie) of Warren, Jean Gingrich (Mel) of Bad Axe and Jane Kinney of Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
