She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Dale Cook; her children, Jeff Cook (Katie), Deborah Brock, Dawn O'Neal (Doug), Kenneth Paul Cook (Michelle) and Keith Cook (Renee); her siblings, John LaGrant (Sandra) and Wendy LaGrant (Megan); and her nieces, Beth and Amy LaGrant. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and many best and dear friends.
