He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Jean Loeding Kimball. He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Fay (Richard Fay); his grandchildren, Joshua Fay and Hilary Oskey (Joe Oskey); his great grandchild John Michael Oskey; his grandson John Fay; his son Richard Kimball II (Cindy Kimball); and his grandchildren, Richard Kimball III (Michelle), Nicholas Kimball and Jennifer Kimball.
