It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma McCune of Edwardsburg, Michigan, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeShong and Julia DeShong (Koromi); her husband Thomas McCune, Sr.; her son Thomas McCune, Jr.; and her brothers, George, Raymond and John Robert.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Hampton (Paul) of Edwardsburg and Patrick McCune of South Bend; and her grandchildren, Holly McCune-Smith of Valparaiso, IN, Jamie Mastandrea (E. J.) of Portage, IN, Daniel McCune (Alyssa) of Conroe, TX, Eric Hampton of Daphne, AL, Sarah Beadenkopf of Jackson, MI, Jennifer Sawle (Jake) of Jackson, MI and Blaine McCune of South Bend. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caring Circle Hospice, 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI.

“Dear Family, Sorry we are not able to be physically present with you at this time. But our faith tells us Thelma is at peace and (I would think) so very happy to be on the other side!!
