He is survived by: his mother Patricia Peterek (Waaso) of Niles; his children, Maddy, Mitch, Madalynn Peterek of Chicago, Mitchell Peterek (Camille) of Troy and Tyler Peterek of Niles; and his siblings, Jeffrey Peterek of Niles and Roberta Craig of Las Vegas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and close friends.
