He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Loutzenhiser and Bessie Loutzenhiser; his children, Kim Neff (Greg), Michele Rieck and Steven Loutzenhiser (Jenn); his grandchildren, Brittney Searles (Austin), Rieck, Taylor Neff (Victoria), Makenzie Neff, Isaac Loutzenhiser, Bethany Loutzenhiser, Riley Loutzenhiser, Noah Neff and Elizabeth Loutzenhiser; and also, Octavia and Zahara Searles.
