He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bruce L. Hicks Jr. and Maribeth Hicks (Daniels); his wife Valerie J. Neal (Kurtz); his children, Matthew Kramer, Amy Neal (Daniel Martinez) and Kaitlin Neal (Erik Cuaulte); and his sister Nancy Wilson (Mark).
