He was predeceased by: his father John Francis Rafalski. He is survived by: his mother Florence Lucille Rafalski (Palkowski); his wife Cheryl Ann Rafalski; his daughters, Sarah Eppers (Richard) and Jessica Rafalski; his grandchildren, Little Rich Eppers and Jacob Eppers; and his siblings, Bruce Rafalski (Lisa), Susan F. Kosek and Karen S. Fraser (Bob).
