He is survived by: his son Gary Yacks of Elkhart, IN; his grandchildren, Lynsee Yacks of Elkhart, IN, Krys Yacks (Allison) of Elkhart, IN and Nykee Gasko (Frank) of Goshen, IN; and his brothers, John Yacks of Marana, AZ, Ron LaForest (Paulette) of Bay City, MI. and Russ LaForest (Beverly) of Bay City, MI.. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
