He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Gushwa of Milford, Indiana and David Allen (Stacy) of Cassopolis; his nephews, Joshua Allen (Jennifer) of Elkhart, Frank Allen of Los Angeles and Daniel Allen of Elkhart, Indiana; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander (Taylor), Adam, Aron, Skyler, Braden, Caleigh and Jace.

The family prefers contributions in memory of Don be made to ProMedica Hospice, 230 West Catalpa Drive, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545.
