He is survived by: his sons, C. J. Billiau of Edmore and Tommy Billiau (Autumn) of Beaverton; his grandchildren, Zach, Tyler, Boo and Johnnie; his great grandchild Zach, Jr.; and his sisters, Teresa, Nancy, Tammy and Tina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
