He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Cook; his parents, William Cook and Ida Cook; and his brother John Cook. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Megerle, Krista Bishop (John), Carol K. Cook and Ned Cook (Carol). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three nephews and one niece.
