She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Miles and Dorothy Miles (Sharp); her husband Duane Lewis; her grandson Wesley Bolf; and her siblings, Wayne Miles, Leon Miles (Nadine), Steve Miles (Sharon), Doris Flowers (Jesse), Phyllis Stokley (Val), Shirley Hamer (Dale) and Joyce Phillips (Roger).
She is survived by: her children, Nadine Beemer, Tim Lewis, Chris Lewis, Lee Lewis (Sandy) and Scott Lewis; and her siblings, Alice Griffen (Claude), Carolyn Bigler and Tom Miles (Pat). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
