He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Welge and Lorayne Welge (Kuska); and his brother Richard Welge. He is survived by: his wife Carla Jean Green of Edmore; and his children, Michelle Sellers (Derrick) of Alabama, Teresa Harris (Chris) of Florida, Donovan Green of Florida and Jessica Thompson (Jaden) of Illinois. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
