He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parrish and Viola Parrish (Hillard); and his children, Doug Maxted and Dawn Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Jennifer Maxted, Amy Deakin (Chris), David Maxted, Jr. and Nick Maxted (Megan); and his brother George Parrish.
