He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles "Richard" Allen and Betty Allen (Brigham); his stepmother Syverine Avery; his sister Rosemary Roberts; his wife Connie Ewing Allen; his sons, James Ewing (Christy) and Eric Allen (Caroline); his siblings, Carolyn Wise (RV), Nina Pratt (Everett), Bobbie Allen, Richard Allen and Lyle Allen; and his grandchildren, Emily Allen, Sean Ewing, Hailey Allen, Asher Ewing and Cole Allen.
