He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary; his children, William Abair Jr. (Yolanda), Kathleen Shorkey (Brian), David Abair and Beth Ann Mitchell (Tim); his grandchildren, Erin, Samantha, Kaitlyn, Jacqueline, Andrew and Patrick; and his siblings, Edward, John, Jennifer, Daniel, Marguerite, Michael, Joseph, Christine and Thomas.
