He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Spohn and Patricia Spohn; and his brother Thomas Spohn. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Swegle (late Bruce), Barbara Quillen (Wayne), Sandra DuBois (Robert) and Arthur Spohn (late Jeanne); and his sister-in-law Dianne Spohn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
