She is survived by: her children, Claudia Todd (Ronald), Karen Hill (Corwyn), Shirlon Colbert and Eugene Leonard Thompson, Jr.; her sister Velma Nichols; and her grandchildren, Tyrone Todd (Tamela), Patricia Thompson, Mary James, DeShon Thompson, Eugene L. Thompson, II (Andrea), Paul Thompson, Trisha Palmer (Jumar), Shonita Colbert and Su-Juan Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
