She was predeceased by: her son Derek Jackson; her parents, Olen Sims and Betty Sims; her grandmother Dana Miller; and her brother Robert Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sims (Tricia Decker), Steven Sims (Heather Bewak) and Christine Sims (Kelvin Valentine); her daughter-in-law Amber Cunningham; and her grandchildren, Kadin, Chandler, Derek, Jayce, Amelia, Audriana and Mason.
