She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Fore and Gladys Fore; and her daughter Tami Whiting (Brad). She is survived by: her husband Richard Zmuda; her brother Ron Fore (Barbara); her sister-in-law Patricia Niezogda (Richard); her children, Kenneth Fore (Maggie), Timothy Fore (Dena), Kimberly Shelton, Walter Batchelor (Cindy) and Deborah Miller (Kenneth); and also, Richard Zmuda and Patrick Zmuda (Brandy). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her great-great grandchild.
