He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kenneth McPhaul, Alyce Jonetta McPhaul and Robert Christopher Overall. He is survived by: his wife Susan Barnes; his sons, Jason Maddox Overall Jr. (James Dalpiaz), Jalen Markus Overall, Jonah Mason Overall and Jules Montreaux Overall; and his siblings, Cheryl Hamilton (Tyrone), John Burton Overall (Marilyn), Richard Overall (Marlene) and Persha Petty (late Tyrone).

Memorial Contributions are appreciated to Michigan Humane Society.
