She was predeceased by: her parents, Jalmer Jalonen and Celia Jalonen (Robertson); her husband Wally; her siblings, Vivian Hakkola, Eileen Maki, Elvira Stephens, Edwin Jalonen and Bernard; and her granddaughter Amy Powers.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Powers (Michael) of Hartland, MI; her grandchildren, John Waldo (Shirley) of Charlottesville, VA., Julia Ann Waldo of Mt Holly, NC and Mary Murphy (Evan) of Canton, Mi; her great grandchild Lily Knutson; and her godson Joseph Rantala. She is also survived by her children & granddaughters, she is survived by several nieces and nephews.
