Walter Aldrich Skibbe Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Aldrich Skibbe of Eau Claire, Michigan, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Skibbe and Clazina Skibbe (Blocker); his son Michael Skibbe (Karen K. Lee); and his brother George Skibbe. He is survived by: his children, Susan McMahon (Matt) of Zeeland and Mark Skibbe of Buchanan; his stepchildren, Jason Braaksma of Eau Claire and Amber Braaksma; his grandchildren, Tyler and Brittany McMahon; his stepgrandchildren, Kasey Price, Blaine and Alaina Frank; his siblings, Donald Skibbe, Linda Styburski (Jim), William Skibbe (Diane) and Joyce Emhoff (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Virginia Skibbe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Watervliet or to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
