He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Frank and Jane Frank (Little); and his brother Rollin. He is survived by: his children, Jim Frank, Mark Layman Jr., Joel Layman (Heidi), Stephanie Joy Moore (Dennis) and Jennifer Frank Brenton; and his sister Carole Sousa (Jim). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Over the past few years, Steve battled Parkinson's disease, and although it was not easy, he lived his life with dignity and a positive attitude.
