She was predeceased by: her sister Sherry Lauren. She is survived by: her parents, Fred Krolzick and Ronna Krolzick (Nowinski); her children, Alicia Creveling and Scott Barnes; her former husband Randy Siegert; and her half-siblings, Deanna Krolzick and Fred Krolzick, Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
