Willie was predeceased by: siblings, Billy and Elmer Lee; and parents, Pearlie Evans and Laura Evans. Willie is survived by: wife Linda; children, Rhonda Farley (Jim), Missy Tuthill (Mike), Greg Evans and Mick Evans (Liz); grandchildren, Joey Farley, Tori Skye Evans, Jacob Evans, Lucas Bila (Bree), Zachary Evans (Samantha), Meagan Bila and Morgan Carter (Mason); children, Jordan Farley and Braden Farley; and also Mayo-Evans.

In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Hospice.
