He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyt Miller and Hattie Miller (Emmerson); and his siblings, Evelyn Acheson, Rose Cantine, Mary Snyder and Clarence Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Miller; his children, Terri Markwart (Larry), Tracey Miller (Dawn), Debbie Kares (Dan) and Julie Hicks (Charlie); his stepchildren, Pamela Colestock, John Colestock (Colleen), David Colestock (Lois) and Joseph Colestock; and his siblings, Richard Miller (Donna) and Harriett Orr. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
