He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Bush and Doreen Bush (VanDeusen); and his son Brad Bush. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bush; his children, Luke Bush (Karin), Alana Krull (Brian) and Gieselle Staub (Scott); his grandchildren, Ethan, Jake, Hayden Bush, Donovan, Riley Krull, Owen, Ainsley and Aubrey Staub; and his siblings, Ranae Phillips (John) and Doug Bush (Lois). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
