He is survived by: his parent Jerry Parks (Zumbaugh); his close friend Rebecca Moccardine; his daughter Lydia; his grandmother LaVina Jacobson; his uncle Perry Parks (Heidi); and his cousins, Aaron Parks (Jessica), Hana Carpenter (William) and Haley Parks.
