He is survived by: his children, Thomas Owen (Brenda) of Grand Ledge, Jeffrie Owen (Stacy) of Concord, Richard Owen (Dee) of Eaton Rapids and Aric Owen (Nancy) of Eaton Rapids. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
