He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Smith; his children, Daniel and Amy Smith; and his grandchild Logan Smith. He is survived by: his mother Betty Smith (Morrow); his wife Roxann Smith (Swan); his sons, William Smith (Kim) and Michael Smith (Meghan); his grandchildren, Brysen, Peyton, Isabella and Jackson Smith; his father-in-law Jim Swan; and his siblings, Rick Smith (Deb) and Tena Park (Doug). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
