He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Portillo and Florencia Portillo (Sanchez); his siblings, Ramon, Jovita, Lupe, Marianna and Avodio; and his grandson McKenzie Inosencio.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Portillo, Socorro Portillo, Jr. (Jessica Inosencio) and Christopher Portillo (Tracie); his grandchildren, Erica Wilson, Avery Portillo, Savannah Portillo, Alivia Portillo, Saige Portillo and Morgan Inosencio; and his sister Virginia Portillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
