She was predeceased by: her father Cody Parrish; her siblings, Jonathan Parrish and Shannon Parrish-Simon; and her grandparents, Don Parrish, JoAnn Parrish, Jim Ritter and Dolores Ritter.
She is survived by: her husband Shane Clemons; her mother Susan Slater; her stepfather Scott Slater; and her siblings, Christopher Parrish (Critter) and Brandi Block (Rob). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
