He was predeceased by: his father James Porter (late Karen Porter). He is survived by: his mother Mary Porter (Cruce); his children, Samantha Porter (Scott Hanes), Kristina BeVier (Jeremy), Kory Scruggs and Bobby Scruggs; his grandchildren, Riley Hanes, Preston DeSilva, Kaidyn, Kenzie BeVier, Camryn, Chase Scruggs, Leah and Dominick Scruggs; and his siblings, Ralph Porter and Dusty Fancher (Sis).
