He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Blake and Vivian Blake; and his sister Ginger Strong. He is survived by: his wife Linda Blake; his children, Jason (Ruth), Mandy and Kassia (Josh); his grandchildren, Chase, Brendan, Katherine, Salem, Brielle and Barrett; his pet Fawn; and his nephew Wayne Brickley.
