He is survived by: his wife Christine Rogers; his children, Christy Toole (Joshua), Valerie Rogers, Amanda Rogers and Levi Rogers; his grandchildren, Desmond Cook, Jaden, Sterling, Trent, Destiny Hyde, Dakota Heinlein, Hailee Hipsher and Eliana Toole; his sister Trudy Shelden (Merrill); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Goodenough (Chris) and Patricia Lambert (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
