He was predeceased by: his parents, Wlodzimierz Eliaszewicz and Ewa Janowska. He is survived by: his wife Janette Eliaszewicz (Zerfas); his daughter Anastasia Eliaszewicz; his siblings, Robert Eliaszewicz (Angie), Pawel Eliaszewicz (Heather) and Marek Eliaszewicz; his nieces and nephews, Nadia Eliaszewicz-Corkwell, Alexandria Stalzer, Cydnie Eliaszewicz, Nicholi Eliaszewicz, Annalyssa Eliaszewicz, Natalia Eliaszewicz, Antoinette Eliaszewicz and Vivianne Eliaszewicz; and his great-nephews, Matthew Corkwell, Isaac Corkwell, Jace Eliaszewicz and Khai Drane.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to the family for a charity to be determined.
