It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ackley of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Langenfeld and Elizabeth Langenfeld (Suman); her husband Carson Ackley; her sons, James and Richard Ackley; and her granddaughter Carol Lynn Cowles.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ackley (Vicki) of Eaton Rapids, Timothy Ackley (Jackie) of Bellaire, Chris Cowles (Loren) of Springport, Cathy Cowles (Bud) of Eaton Rapids, Carol Clark of Eaton Rapids, Janice Boice (Jim) of Perry, Joseph Ackley (Pam) of Norton Shores, Robert Ackley (Annette) of Eaton Rapids, William Ackley of Eaton Rapids and Mary Patrick (Scott) of Lansing; her daughter-in-law Sue Ackley of Eaton Rapids; and her sister-in-law Delilah Langenfeld of Holt. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
