She was predeceased by: her parents, William Massey and Bonnie Massey (Barron); her husband Clarington Gonser Jr.; her daughter Debbie Gonser; and her brother Charles Massey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Filley (Jon) of Charlotte and Amy Teague (Gary) of Stockbridge; and her grandchildren, Bryan Filley (Rachael Ayers), Heather Rolfe (Jeff), Brandy Filley, Jessica LaConte (Frank), Corinne Filley, Kyle Robbins and Garrett Teague (Morgan). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
