He is survived by: his mother Maxine Blackmer of Mason; his children, Nicole Spitzley (Jeff) of Grand Ledge, Jen Smith (Adam) of Lansing, Sandi Lohr (Shawn) of Virginia, Benjamin Wilbur of Tennessee and Brian Wilbur of Florida; and his siblings, Bradford Wilbur of Albion, Scott Blackmer (Alice) of Eaton Rapids, Lynn Moss (Julie) of California, Patricia Wing (Terry) of Mason and Gloria Shelton of Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or to the family for final expenses.
