He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel "Jake" and Geraldine Williams (Oberlin). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Angel; his children, Claire Angel-Williams of Lansing and Jacob Angel-Williams (Nikki) of Eaton Rapids; his sister Shirley Wood (Jerry) of Eaton Rapids; and his grandchildren, Leon Wicker Hidy, Lilliana and Gabriel Brown.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Legion Department of Michigan for Veterans Support or the First United Methodist Church of Eaton Rapids Camp Scholarship Fund.
