He is survived by: his parents, Larry Ekins and Diane Ekins (Howe); his wife Ingrid Frisinger-Ekins; his stepdaughters, Kayla Finup-Frisinger and Brianna Renno (Ken); his grandson Marshal Renno; and his sisters, Shari Robinson (Randy) and Mary Ekins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
