She was predeceased by: her parents, David Williams and Zella Williams (Owens); her husband Victor Heal; and her great grandchild Conner Brier. She is survived by: her children, Victor Heal (Kathy), Peggy Smith (Robert), Penny Williams and Patty Brier (Ken); and her grandchildren, Rob Smith (Julianne), Vic Heal (Kandi), Jenifer Robinson (James), Dawn Drallette (Derrick), Melissa Murphy (Brian), Kenneth Brier (Tina), Ryan Brier and Kelsey Brier. She is also survived by great grandchildren; 9 brothers and sisters.
