He was predeceased by: his parents, Kingsley II and Lucille Church II (Turpening); and his sister Charyl (Ric Cervantes). He is survived by: his wife Pat Church; his children, Kingsley Church IV (Maggie), Kristopher Church (Courtney) and Kodee Church (Andy Adkins); his stepsons, Scott Felice (Kim) and Joseph Felice (Lindsay); his siblings, Pam Amsdill (Bill), Toni Nelson (Jim) and Scott Church (Laura); and his pet Sadie Mae. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Kingsley.
