He was predeceased by: his parents, John Metcalf and Louise Metcalf (Fey). He is survived by: his wife Karen Metcalf; his daughters, Kimberly Metcalf, Stacy Metcalf and Krista Kusnier (Jason); his grandchildren, Gretchen Lauback, Trace Kusnier, Dannon Kusnier, Courtney Metcalf and Harrison Coy; his great grandchildren, Alec Wareh, Kylie Wareh, Madelyn Dinger and Evelyn Dinger; and his sisters, Karen Cookson (Rod), Sandy Bowles (Bob) and Jackie Morgan. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association in John's memory.
