He was predeceased by: his parents, James Schmierer and Judith Schmierer (Brockhaus). He is survived by: his wife Gennene (Kitsmiller); his children, Kaitlyn Schmeierer, John "Alex" and Cole Schmeierer; and his siblings, James Schmierer (Lisa) and Joleen Schmierer.
Covid 19 protocols requiring masks at the visitations and services along with social distancing will be observed.
