Joan Elaine Hart Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Elaine Hart of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gretton and Bernice Gretton (Bateman); her husband Marion Clair; and her siblings, Dale Gretton and Eleanor Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Hart (Robert Sanderson) of Mason, Bradley Hart (Diane) of Onondaga and Brian Hart (Pam) of Brutus; her grandchildren, Marc DuWig (Christina), Darcie Saefkow (Uwe), Katie Sigman, Karrie Hart, Tyler Hart and Collin Hart; her great grandchildren, Gwenyth, Lily Ann, Keegan, Juliana, Jordyn and Atley; and her sisters-in-law, Muriel Allen, Merna Mudgett, Marlene Akers and Rosie Miers (Jerry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home - Shelly-Odell Chapel (518 S Main St, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
