He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rivette and Hazel Rivette; and his siblings, Mary, Fidelis, Joan and Arthur.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Linda Dale, Vernon Rivette (Danna) and Cathy Southerly (Duane Wilson); and his grandchildren, Jessica Lyke (Christopher), Andrew Dale (Caitlin), Erika Braley (McKay), Cole Rivette, Turner Southerly (Hannah), Madison Southerly, Payton Wilson and Rickey Wilson.
