He was predeceased by: his mother Terri Antes. He is survived by: his wife Hope Thelen; his child Jamie Thelen; his father Fred Thelen (Pat); his stepfather Karl Antes; and his siblings, Tara Thelen, Ricki Antes and John Shaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
